I'm gonna assume you're trying to connect the Ring keypads directly to HE, not to a Ring alarm system and then via the Ring integration to HE. That kind of integration is not available for every alarm panel and it is not always a good project for someone just starting their HE journey but it gives you a lot of flexibility in exchange for those red eyes. Then I integrate it with HSM so I can manipulate and extend the alarm system functionality with HE.
